Description
The Senior Video Producer is responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand video content that supports enterprise storytelling across marketing, communications, and brand experiences. This role manages video projects end to end, from concept development through final delivery, and applies strong editorial judgment to ensure all work meets brand, quality, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Working within the Creative Studio, the Video Producer partners with designers, writers, content leads, and stakeholders to deliver video content for digital platforms, social media, executive communications, advertising, and experiential environments. This role balances hands‑on production with thoughtful use of AI‑assisted video tools to improve efficiency while maintaining creative and editorial integrity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support video projects from concept through final delivery, including:
- Scriptwriting and story development
- Videography, lighting, and audio recording
- Editing and finishing
- Produce video content for:
- Marketing and promotional initiatives
- Social media and digital platforms
- Executive communications
- Trade shows and events
- Operate professional-grade video, audio, and lighting equipment
- Create and integrate basic motion graphics and animated elements
- Use AI-assisted video and content tools to:
- Support ideation, scripting, and storyboarding
- Assist with rough cuts, transcription, captioning, and versioning
- Improve production efficiency while maintaining quality
- Apply editorial judgment to refine AI-assisted outputs into polished, brand-aligned deliverables
- Collaborate with designers, content partners, and stakeholders
- Support coordination with vendors, freelancers, and external crews as needed
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain organized files and follow established production workflows
BASIC / REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in video production. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
- Experience working as a script‑to‑screen video producer
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar professional editing software)
- Working experience with motion graphics, preferably Adobe After Effects
- Experience operating professional-grade cameras (e.g., Sony FS7, Blackmagic Ursa Mini, or similar)
- Knowledge of lighting fundamentals, including studio and green screen setups
- Experience writing scripts for corporate, marketing, or digital video content
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a corporate environment with multiple stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using AI-assisted video, audio, or content generation tools for editing, transcription, captioning, scripting, or visual enhancement
- Familiarity with responsible and brand-safe use of AI tools in a corporate or regulated environment
- Experience supporting motion graphics, light VFX, or animated digital signage
- Exposure to trade show, event, or experiential video production
- Good visual design sensibilities and storytelling instincts
- Willingness to learn new tools and workflows
Pay Range
$82,550.00 - $149,225.00
