In your role as a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for growing and managing a product portfolio that includes items from our marketplace catalogs on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Target. You will manage promotions, FBA and in‑house inventory, advertising, pricing, content, and other tasks essential to monitoring and expanding our marketplace business. The role involves monitoring the competitive landscape and staying current with marketplace trends.
Responsibilities
- Additional duties as assigned
- Driving growth and profitability of our brands across multiple online marketplaces
- Influencing product design, content, and attributes
- Managing the end‑to‑end process of product sales and promotion
- Monitoring account health and metrics, proactively alerting the team for issues
- Monitoring inventory levels in both Seller Central and our internal ERP
- Managing product listings to increase rankings and improve customer engagement
- Configuring products on internal ERP systems
- Improving brand performance through competitive pricing, SEO, and continual listing enhancements
- Conducting competitive analysis and keeping up with current trends in the supplement industry and e‑commerce space
- Keeping up to date with best practices for marketplace sellers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Amazon Seller Central experience is a plus
- eCommerce experience is a plus
- Mathematical/statistical mindset for analyzing data and trends
- SEO experience / knowledge is a plus
- Ability to learn how to use new software
- Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
- Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate agility
- Familiarity with the supplement industry is a plus
