A large hospitality/real estate development firm in New York is seeking a Head of Legal – In House Counsel. This role involves owning the legal function, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing day-to-day counsel on employment law and strategic transactions. Ideal candidates will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active NY State Bar membership, and 4–7 years of legal experience, including time at a top law firm. The salary ranges from $300K to $350K plus bonuses and equity.
