About The Commercial Property Manager & Leasing Agent Role

AllView Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Property and Leasing Agent to join our growing team. This role fits someone who enjoys both the operational side of property management and the client-facing energy of commercial leasing. This hybrid role blends property operations with hands-on leasing activities. You will oversee AllView’s commercial portfolio, which includes retail, office, and mixed-use properties. You will manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance, monitor property performance, and help market and lease available spaces. You will work closely with AllView leadership, accounting, marketing, and maintenance to keep each property running smoothly and to support leasing activity. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, and comfortable managing both financial details and client conversations.

The Commercial Portfolio

AllView’s commercial portfolio includes a diverse mix of retail, office, and mixed-use properties across key markets in Southern California. Our assets range from neighborhood retail centers to professional office suites and service-commercial properties, offering a dynamic mix of tenants and property types. We focus on operational excellence, tenant experience, and long-term asset value across every property we manage. This role provides the opportunity to work directly with ownership and leadership to grow and enhance our commercial division, helping drive performance across a portfolio that is expanding both in size and complexity.

What You Will Do

Commercial Property Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned commercial properties
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants and owners
  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with approved vendors
  • Conduct regular property inspections and document conditions
  • Support budgeting, operating expenses, and CAM reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and lease compliance
  • Track upcoming lease expirations and prepare renewal information

Commercial Leasing

  • List available suites and coordinate property marketing
  • Respond to leasing inquiries and schedule showings
  • Support basic underwriting and collect tenant financials
  • Prepare LOIs using company templates
  • Work with leadership on negotiation and final deal terms
  • Help onboard new tenants and coordinate move-ins

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the CEO, COO, and Director of Property Management on leasing and portfolio strategy
  • Collaborate with accounting on budgets, NNN reconciliations, and reporting
  • Coordinate with marketing on listing updates and marketing packages

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 to $85,000 base
  • Performance bonuses and leasing commissions expected to be $10,000-$20,000+ per year

Qualifications

Required

  • 3 or more years in commercial property management or commercial leasing
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with business owners
  • Understanding of commercial lease types including NNN and modified gross
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with property management or CRM software
  • California Real Estate License or willingness to obtain it immediately after start date

Preferred

  • Experience managing small retail, office, or mixed-use properties
  • Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and CAM reconciliations

Success in the First Six Months

  • Respond to all client and tenant inquiries within 24 hours
  • Complete all scheduled property inspections
  • Maintain strong tenant satisfaction and positive relationships
  • Support lease renewals and reduce vacancy time
  • Deliver accurate documentation and timely reporting
