What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to aligned agency clients
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and agency client executives
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the customer base while collaborating with sales teams
  • Directly manage a team of Client Success Managers, ensuring client goals are exceeded

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • B.A. or B.S.; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise client services, account management, or client-facing technical project management
  • Proven record of managing and growing strategic advertiser or agency relationships
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing across e-commerce, search, and social
  • Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused, strategic solutions and leading business reviews

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Skai or comparable performance marketing platforms
  • Amazon, Google, and/or Meta certifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strong attention to detail
