Digital
Sales Manager, Programmatic & Broadcast Media Advertising
to lead theirdigital marketing and programmatic sales initiatives to provide fulfillment to their clients sold by the organization’s digital and broadcast media sales teams. NOTE: This is a full time on-premise role located at the company's regional operations near San Antonio, TX. This is a not a remote opportunity. Responsibilities
Drive Digital Services Revenue Growth:
Drive local digital revenue growth, focusing on meeting and exceeding your Digital Services revenue goals. Forecasting and Analysis:
Work with your team to ensure the forecast is accurate. Identify opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with the Digital Account Management teams on upsells for MRR clients. Collaborate with your sales team(s) on flight upsells and renewals. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with your team to develop and implement effective omni-channel solutions. Utilize your resources: Regional DSM and our expert team at Helpdesk when needed. Digital Product Expertise:
Serve as an expert on digital products and platforms, educating the sales team and clients on their benefits and applications. Lead team(s) of account executives:
Provide coaching, training, and support them on sales calls to help them exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized solutions. Platforms and Collaboration:
Master the proposal and reporting tools provided. Collaborate with operations through our ticketing system
