Overview Lead Generation Call Center role focused on high-volume outreach and data-driven results. This is a metrics-driven position, not traditional customer service.
Responsibilities
Make 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient and accurate data verification.
Perform thorough qualification assessments to identify high-quality leads.
Accurately update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail.
Navigate changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.

Hard-wired internet (minimum: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
