As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll have the tools, training and support you need to succeed from day one. You will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+. Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Maine. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training includes licensing. Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls — all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for at least 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported. Qualifications

2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasive skills needed to close sales. Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire. About Us

The typical starting salary range is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range reflects market value and provides opportunity to progress as you grow in the role. Some roles may include commission and/or bonus earnings as outlined in the compensation plan.
