The Retail Sales Consultant will assist customers by understanding their needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The consultant will represent Optimum's brand values and create a positive in-store experience for all customers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to meet and exceed sales goals
Strong skills in Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction to provide tailored solutions
Excellent Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in retail or sales environments is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or a degree is an asset
