Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Doctor of Physical Therapy at West Valley College, located in Saratoga, CA. The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services, evaluating patients, creating and executing treatment plans, and offering support for rehabilitation. The Doctor of Physical Therapy will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote the recovery, well-being, and mobility of patients while contributing to the college's commitment to community health and wellness.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Physical Therapy practices and principles
Proficiency in Patient Care and Rehabilitation, prioritizing safety and comfort
Knowledge of Medicine and Orthopedics, with the ability to integrate treatments effectively
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues
Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on advancements in physical therapy
Previous experience in clinical or academic environments is considered a plus
