Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
Address general billing inquiries and resolve account issues
Negotiate payment arrangements and direct customers to appropriate teams when necessary
Clearly explain billing charges and answer related questions
Meet compliance, quality assurance standards, and monthly performance goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of experience in first-party collections (non-A/R)
Customer service experience in a remote setting
Proficient in multi-computer screen navigation and negotiation skills
Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in car loan, financial, and credit card collections
Strong communication and verbal skills
Ability to multitask with various computer programs
