At World of Books, we’re on a mission to become the Planet’s Bookstore. We’re a growing eCommerce business with a purpose – giving books a second life and making reading more affordable and sustainable for millions of customers worldwide. The role Tens of millions of books move through our ecosystem each year, creating a rich and complex data environment across pricing, inventory, supply and demand. We are making significant investment in our data and analytics capability to ensure this data directly informs product, commercial and operational decisions. As a result, we are hiring a Pricing Analyst to support pricing and experimentation across the US, one of our key growth markets. You will work as part of a cross-functional Pricing Squad alongside Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations teams, helping shape how pricing is tested, measured and evolved as we roll out a new pricing platform. This is an individual contributor role with clear ownership, strong stakeholder exposure and real commercial impact. Responsibilities
Analyse pricing, trading and customer data to support product and commercial decisions. Build and own clear, reliable reporting and metrics. Design and evaluate trials and experiments, including simulations and seasonal pricing changes. Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations that drive measurable outcomes. Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure pricing logic is implemented accurately. Automate analysis where possible to improve efficiency and focus on higher-value insight. Qualifications
Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets. Solid SQL skills and experience using BI or visualisation tools. Exposure to experimentation, funnel analysis or pricing analytics. Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a product-led environment. About the role and culture
