Overview The Customer Account Representative will provide customer service functions for sales reps, physicians and hospitals with an emphasis on an assigned region.

Responsibilities

Process orders and requests for tissues for assigned region

Address customer inquiries and provide information about Artivion's services, products, and ordering processes

Create new customer accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement changes to accounts in SAP

Initiate customer returns and credits and assist the sales rep in resolving account issues

Process orders in GHX system

Create Priority Cardiac Report

Maintain backorder report

Process cycle counts for sterile samples and consignment inventory

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Available to participate in the Customer Service on call rotation

High School diploma required, college degree preferred

Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM

Must be comfortable commuting to our Kennesaw HQ for trainings or as needed
