Responsibilities
Resolve pre- and post-closing issues as they relate to underwriting.
Evaluate and ensure overall documents are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
Maintain current knowledge of client and investor requirements.
Ability to identify financial risk.
Communicate with key stakeholders regarding missing or incomplete information.
Qualifications
Experience underwriting for debt and equity
Experience in Banking or Real Estate required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
