Overview
Huckberry is on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the crew. This role focuses on visual storytelling at the intersection of adventure and lifestyle, combining a pixel-perfect layout with high-impact asset creation. Working alongside our Creative and Production teams, you will craft assets that inspire the community to get out there and stay out there. We seek a proactive maker who obsesses over details, takes pride in their craft, and helps push a premium brand into new territory. This position reports to the Director of Creative. This role is based at our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire. Responsibilities Email Design: Design and build best-in-class email newsletters, ensuring high engagement through visual storytelling Web Production: Execute daily updates for Huckberry.com with fresh branded materials and seasonal content Multi-Channel Marketing: Create compelling digital and print assets Brand Evolution: Maintain strict brand standards while continually innovating and elevating our visual language Requirements Education & Experience: BA in Graphic Design and/or 2-3 years of professional experience at a lifestyle brand or creative agency Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Design Fundamentals: Exceptional eye for typography, layout, and visual presentation Versatility: A strong online portfolio demonstrating a high level of execution across both digital and print mediums Agility: Ability to multitask under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail Communication: Strong organizational skills and the ability to articulate design choices clearly Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401(k) and employer match Annual Huckberry shopping credits Paid Sabbatical leave at 4 years Summer Fridays Weekly catered lunch Monthly happy hours Mental health resources Paid Parental Leave Paid Vacation & Paid Sick Leave Volunteer Time Off Generous employee discount WFH flexibility Annual offsites Company Description Huckberry is the ultimate one-stop men\'s shop for discovering the best gear and threads.
