Property Manager - Part-Time
Location: Churchview Gardens (47 units - multifamily) located in Peoria, IL
Position Type: Part-time with on-call availability to support residents for emergencies
Pay Range: Starting at $21+/hour; pay depends on experience

Responsibilities As our Property Manager (Community Manager), you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including:
Compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance
Assisting in the management and maintenance of all facets of assigned apartment communities
Ideal Candidate Qualities
Takes pride and ownership in the optimum performance of the property in areas such as people management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements and information reporting
Keeps well-organized electronic files and is comfortable with computer use
Embraces technology (including mobile apps) and pursues continuous improvement
Agile and flexible, with a willingness to meet residents where they are
Has an eye for attracting residents and keeping the community looking its best
Understands budgeting and affordable housing guidelines to sustain opportunities for years to come
Curious, proactive about industry updates, and open to coaching and development
Ability to guide, train, and provide clear expectations to the team
Qualifications
1+ year(s) of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience with YARDI preferred
Part-Time Benefits
