Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to loss prevention and safety Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that support asset protection initiatives Collaborate with business partners to translate data into actionable insights Provide technical and professional guidance to junior analysts Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to influence outcomes What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL) Experience with AI applications and an understanding of core machine learning concepts, including model evaluation and predictive analytics Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Experience with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Databricks, etc.) Knowledge of retail operations, loss prevention, and digital protection How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
