Overview The Commercial Printing Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading sales efforts for commercial printing products and related services. This role requires a strategic sales leader who can develop new business, expand existing accounts, and contribute to the overall growth of the company in the Reno market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and new business objectives within the commercial printing market.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

Create and oversee sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.

Team Management

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales staff

Set performance goals and monitor team results to ensure targets are met.

Coach team members on consultative selling and customer engagement.

Serve as a company expert and primary contact for key clients.

Conduct consultative sales meetings, presentations, and proposal responses.

Address any issues or service gaps promptly in coordination with Sales Director and General Manager

Maintain deep knowledge of commercial printing products (offset, digital, wide format, packaging) and industry trends.

Analyze market and competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Operational Reporting

Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot, and Omnichannel experience preferred).

Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — preferred or equivalent experience.

4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling commercial printing services and solutions preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
