Account Executive Team Lead Role Overview The Account Executive Team Lead supports our solar dealer network by ensuring dealers have the resources, tools, and guidance needed to succeed. This role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. As a senior-level team member, you will not only manage accounts but also assist in leading initiatives, supervising teams, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities
Account & Dealer Management
Manage and maintain assigned solar dealer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Provide Training to Partners Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, fostering strong relationships and open communication. Develop a deep understanding of dealer needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored support and collaboration. Resolve issues between dealers and the company, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure dealer satisfaction. Assist in the development of sales training materials and product literature. Identify and take timely action on projects that are out of SLA to get them back on track. Providing intelligent and confident communication to dealers and reps when inquired on process' and/or status' of projects Senior-Level Leadership Duties
Support direct reports with team supervision, leadership initiatives, and meeting KPI targets. Oversee and manage finance escalations. Own and manage all NTP and Pending Customer Action buckets. Provide leadership-level availability after hours for escalations requiring executive approval. Deliver resolutions for escalations needing senior intervention. Offer proactive strategies, process improvements, and operational insights. Enforce adherence to SOPs and ensure consistent process compliance. Provide Training to team when needed Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members. Project & Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve project issues that hinder deal progression. Ensure accurate data entry, financial tracking, and record-keeping. Leverage sales and CRM tools to maintain efficient workflows. Required Qualifications
Education Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field is preferred Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of solar industry experience. Minimum 2 years in solar project management. Minimum 2 years in customer service or client relationship management. Minimum 2 year in a Leadership or Senior management position. Minimum 2 year of sales or solar sales experience. In-depth understanding of solar sales and the builder product sales process. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data and financial management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and set the example for team members. Physical Requirements
Ability to work in fast-paced office or hybrid environment Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and computer work Ability to participate in virtual or in-person dealer meetings as needed Must have reliable transportation if travel is required About Us
