Education Required - High School diploma or equivalent
Work Experience Preferred - Bachelor\'s degree
Required - Experience working with minimal supervision including one year of experience in sales and customer service dealing with customer relations issues.
Knowledge Skills And Abilities (KSAs)
Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
Job Duties
Greets patients within 15 seconds of arrival and ensures that patients are assisted as soon as possible.
Maintains the assigned work area in the condition specified by the Area Checklist at all times.
Performs the Opening and Closing checklists for the shift assigned, ensuring that the Store is ready to assist customers when open.
Understands the products and is able to assist patients in their selection of product.
Complies with all of the company policies on documentation of patient needs.
Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
Other duties as assigned.
