Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable professional to support both inside and outside sales while assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, building relationships, and contributing directly to company growth.

You’ll work closely with ownership and the sales team to support customers, generate new business, manage accounts, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (Inside & Outside)

Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Proactively reach out to existing customers to maintain relationships and grow accounts

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (cold calls, follow-ups, site visits when needed)

Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to close sales

Support outside sales efforts, including customer visits and account development

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM or internal systems

Operations Support

Assist with order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics

Help ensure timely fulfillment and resolve customer issues as they arise

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members

Support pricing updates, product setup, and general administrative tasks

Help improve workflows, organization, and internal processes

Qualifications

Sales experience (inside, outside, or both preferred)

Strong communication skills—written and verbal

Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM or order systems)

Industry experience is a plus but not required
