to join our Corporate Office team.
This role is designed for a professional who excels at the front end of the sales cycle—identifying new partnerships, initiating high-level conversations, and expanding our footprint in the local market. The Role
As an Account Executive, your primary focus is
new business development.
You will be responsible for navigating the local landscape to find schools, hospitals, and non-profits that require staffing support and demonstrating how Delta-T Group can streamline their operations. Market Expansion : Actively research and engage with prospective clients through a mix of outreach, networking, and professional referrals. Relationship Management : Build a pipeline of sustainable business by understanding the unique staffing challenges of healthcare and educational administrators. Solution-Based Selling : Move beyond "filling spots" to provide consultative staffing strategies that help our clients meet their departmental goals. Team Collaboration : Work closely with our internal recruitment team in Bryn Mawr to ensure that the clients you bring on board receive the highest quality of service and candidates.
