ADP is hiring a

Sales Representative, Major Accounts . In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 149 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP provides sales training and the latest technology to support you as you manage your book of business. You will spend most of your time in the field selling, while documenting and managing multiple sales cycles from prospecting through implementation. Responsibilities Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building long-term relationships. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while upholding high ethical standards. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Required Qualifications Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style; able to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in writing and verbally. Confidently Fearless; embraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges the status quo. Entrepreneurial Spirit; natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and resilient. Trusted Advisor; builds relationships, demonstrates integrity, and delivers on promises. Education & Experience A college degree is not required; relevant experience may substitute. Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales Military experience valuable for teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and solution identification. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: USD $44,800.00 - USD $97,200.00 per year; actual compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some roles may include bonuses, equity, or commissions. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
