Overview
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing an established strategic channel partnership that represents a significant opportunity for the company. This role is focused on day-to-day partner engagement, opportunity coordination, and execution ensuring the partnership delivers consistent pipeline and revenue results. This is a hands-on, manager-level role suited for someone who understands the safety communications or wireless infrastructure industry and is comfortable working closely with partners, internal sales teams, and operations in a small, growing organization. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a key strategic channel partner. Coordinate partner-sourced opportunities from initial identification through close. Support joint planning efforts by tracking actions, follow-ups, and agreed initiatives. Maintain accurate partner activity, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting in the CRM (PipeDrive). Work closely with internal sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution. Assist in documenting, reinforcing, and following established channel rules of engagement. Participate in partner meetings, trainings, and selected industry events or trade shows. Provide leadership with feedback on partner performance, market activity, and competitive insights. Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, account management, or business development. Experience in safety communications, public safety systems, RF infrastructure, DAS/BDA, or construction-adjacent technical sales strongly preferred. Familiarity with working through channel partners or strategic alliances. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage partner-driven opportunities. Comfort operating in a small, growing company with limited layers and evolving processes. Strong communication and relationship-management skills. Ability and willingness to travel regionally as required. This role offers a salary range of $80,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience.
