Outside Sales Representative

to lead territory expansion across Central Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new accounts, and being on the road meeting designers, woodworkers, cabinet shops, contractors, and architects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory growth plan with an emphasis on new business acquisition Build strong, long-term relationships with designers, architects, woodworking shops, fabricators, and contractors Visit existing customers consistently to maintain relationships and protect revenue Generate new leads daily and convert high-potential prospects Collaborate closely with Inside Sales for quotes, estimates, and customer support Maintain accurate CRM activity with consistent contact and follow-up Represent a high-quality product line with strong inventory availability and fast fulfillment Travel throughout the Orlando–Tampa area Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in

building materials, plywood, lumber, millwork, cabinet components, engineered wood, or similar industries Existing relationships with

architects, designers, woodworkers, or construction trades Strong hunter mentality with a proactive, field-driven sales approach Highly self-managed, organized, and confident in territory development Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese) as a second language is a

major plus Legally allowed to work in the USA $75,000 annually + Commission + Car Allowance Employment Type:
