
Shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm OR 11:30am – 7:00pm
Our client is looking for a
bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Specialist
to provide high-touch, on-site support for employees in a fast-paced
manufacturing/operations environment . This role is heavily focused on
benefits administration, HR case management, employee guidance, and frontline support . What You’ll Do
Serve as the
first point of contact
for employee HR/benefits questions (walk-ups + scheduled support) Manage and resolve HR cases using a
ticketing/case management system , escalating complex issues when needed Assist with
onboarding and offboarding , including documentation and benefits enrollment/termination steps Provide HR policy and benefits education to employees in
both English and Spanish Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HR systems Support ongoing improvements to HR processes, FAQs, and knowledge base resources Run and update basic HR reports and tracking logs using
Microsoft Excel What We’re Looking For
2+ years of HR experience , including benefits administration Fluent in English and Spanish
(spoken + written) Ability to work
100% onsite in Casa Grande, AZ Strong comfort working in a
high-volume, employee-facing environment Skills That Will Help You Succeed
Excellent organization and time management across multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse workforce High level of discretion handling confidential information Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR partners and vendors Service-first mindset (empathy, clarity, follow-through) Schedule
