Finish Carpenter
to join our elite finish crew and help us deliver the world-class quality our clients expect.
The Role This position is for a craftsman who takes pride in the final details. You will be responsible for the finish of the home—the fine woodwork and finishes that define a custom luxury build. We are looking for a professional who can work independently with high efficiency or collaborate seamlessly with a team under the guidance of our Project Superintendents.
Key Responsibilities
Door Installations:
Precision installation of high-quality pocket doors and swing doors.
Trim & Moldings:
Installation of baseboards, crown molding, and sophisticated tongue-and-groove applications for walls and ceilings.
Custom Built-ins:
Crafting and installing benches, built-in shelving, and high-end cabinetry components.
Exterior Finishes:
Specialized decking and exterior finish work as required.
Collaboration:
Working alongside other trades to ensure finish aspects are integrated perfectly; assisting Superintendents with final punch-list details.
Plan Proficiency:
Ability to read, interpret, and strictly follow structural and designer plans.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of professional finish carpentry experience, preferably in the high-end residential sector.
Skill Set:
Master-level proficiency with finish tools and woodworking techniques.
Mindset:
A strong eye for detail, a clean work style, and a positive, "lead-by-example" attitude.
Independence:
Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
