You’ll have the autonomy to shape your market strategy, identify opportunities, and drive growth—backed by a performance-based compensation plan that rewards the results of your decisions. You will work in a very diverse market that is growing, allowing you ample opportunities to think out of the box when devising solutions that drive your clients’ business objectives. This role supports our Chicagoland operations, with a primary focus in Addison and the surrounding areas. The territory is strategically designed as a high-density market, which means less windshield time and more meaningful engagement with customers. Additionally, you will work in a very diverse market that is growing allowing you ample opportunities to “think out of the box" when devising solutions that drive your clients’ business objectives. Generating projects Managing profitability Maintaining current customers’ future business while simultaneously expanding new customer business in accordance with stated sales goals Maintain electronic 30-60-90 day forecast Follow Ellison Technologies sales training program Utilize SalesForce.com and update client information in a timely fashion Qualifications
So what are we looking for? Ideally, someone with a proven track record in territorial sales, coupled with machine cutting tool experience, that will fit into our team oriented culture. We would also consider candidates with tooling, fixturing and CNC programming experience that would like to break into outside sales. Someone with successful B2B, territory, sales and a desire to learn our highly sophisticated equipment may also be considered. Ultimately the right candidate will pride themselves on being a hunter that is able to get through doors and teach prospective clients about their business and delivering creative, value added, solutions.
