are essential to the property's overall success, supporting day-to-day operations while ensuring resident satisfaction. The next Leasing Consultant will ensure efficient operations by meeting leasing and financial goals and performance while delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Effectively manage the community’s reputation via social media, direct communication, and marketing. Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and your market. Continuously learn and seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income. Work with passion and pride in what you do. Be an effective listener who offers helpful solutions. Possess great energy, enjoy challenges, and continually set and reach new goals. Work alongside the Community Director to achieve property goals. Essential Job Functions

Provide exemplary customer service to all residents, proactively solving issues and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Abide by federal fair housing standards and all applicable laws. Develop professional skills, seeking continual growth and learning from mistakes. Embody company policies and procedures in all interactions. Present a professional image and effectively represent the company to residents, vendors, and owners. Operate computers and other on-site technology. Represent the community on the phone and in written communication. Greet residents, maintain a neat office, and serve as a point of contact. Complete prospective resident tours, showcasing the property with pride. Resolve issues in a timely manner with a focus on customer service. Respond to issues outside of normal work hours when required to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. Drive property performance by participating in resident events, marketing, and focusing on resident retention. Perform all other duties as assigned. Specific Education or Experience

One year of multi-family property management experience preferred. Previous leasing experience preferred. Customer Experience Specialists or related fields encouraged to apply. Previous experience working with a team to meet success. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Frequently sit, stand, and walk. Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Moderate noise level in the work environment. Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate; the ability to withstand seasonal outdoor cold and heat is necessary. Travel Requirements
