Job Overview:
Based in South Florida, the Aesthetic Business Manager (ABM) is responsible for leading a defined territory and engaging both current and prospective miraDry accounts. This role focuses on driving consumable growth and sales by:
Providing product and clinical information
Delivering ongoing training to build clinical confidence
Partnering with practices to develop and execute effective utilization and patient support strategies
Must be based in proximity to a major airport.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans to strengthen customer relationships through the most effective channels (virtual, remote, and in-person).
Achieve territory sales quotas by executing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account targeting to drive sales and increase bioTip utilization.
Lead, coach, and influence all key team members in aesthetic/medical practices, adding value to their workflows, building clinical confidence in miraDry, and creating practice-specific utilization strategies.
Organize, lead, and participate in educational programs, clinical trainings, and events that support accounts and expand awareness across the territory.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and service objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Communicate and execute growth strategies that align short-term actions with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
Collaborate effectively with internal business partners to deliver high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
Use approved systems and tools to proactively contact current and prospective customers and schedule business review meetings.
Build and maintain positive, transparent relationships with employees, customers, and all stakeholders.
Demonstrate innovation, engagement, and confidence by actively pursuing solutions that deliver mutual value for all stakeholders.
Develop and coordinate physician and practice training programs, practice development initiatives, and patient experience strategies.
Create and maintain a comprehensive territory business plan, including practice segmentation, marketing strategies, forecasting, sales goals, and utilization initiatives.
Demonstrate the ability to commit to goals and hold yourself and others accountable for consistent execution.
Develop and follow a personal plan to continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills to deliver superior results.
Recognize and leverage your strengths to build, grow, and restore trust that drives purposeful sales productivity.
Provide strong technical expertise on products and procedures and serve as a clinical resource for customers.
Complete all administrative responsibilities, including expense reports, training, and required documentation, accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Adhere to miraDry’s quality system requirements and all relevant regulatory standards.
Follow all health and safety regulations, policies, and work practices.
Deliver training, presentations, and product demonstrations, using strong communication and sales skills.
Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, safety information, and how the products address their clinical and business needs.
Pre-plan sales calls and manage time efficiently to maximize customer contact and quality of service.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date account information in Salesforce.com.
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record. Must use a personal, well-maintained vehicle for company business and comply with all aspects of the company’s Automobile Allowance/Reimbursement Policy.
Ability to travel as needed to fully cover the territory, including regular day travel, overnight trips, tradeshows, corporate meetings, and training programs. A functional home office with reliable high-speed internet access.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or work experience providing transferable skills or a combination of education and experience.
5+ years of proven success in medical/dental/device/financial sales, leadership, management, business consulting, or a combination.
Proven ability to demonstrate confidence to lead physicians, providers, and their support teams in a clinical setting or have transferable skills.
Demonstrated ability to execute sales activities designed to acquire new business and/or increase utilization with current accounts through a consultative approach and/or B2B selling experience.
Strong customer service focus and ability to effectively communicate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
An ability to effectively communicate with amazing energy across multiple channels (digital, virtual, remote, and face-to-face) with KOL, medical/aesthetic practice staff/team, decision-makers, Executive teams, peers, business leaders, and all stakeholders.
Strong conflict and problem-resolution skills.
Strong comprehension of effectively using digital resources when developing marketing and utilization strategies.
Ability to work independently, proven to be a self-starter with a high business acumen.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software skills.
Ability to travel as required by specific territory or job objectives.
Ability to successfully work remotely as required by specific territory or job objectives.
The flexibility with your schedule to execute training and events and manage accounts in different time zones when necessary.
Overnight travel will be required.(Training and onboarding, quarterly meetings, annual GSM, or within your managing territory duties).
Bi-Lingual, Spanish and English preferred
Preferably resides in South Florida
The Aesthetic Business Manager reports to the Senior Director of Sales – North America.
