Overview
This is a 12 month position with full benefits. On-call and overtime as needed. Purpose
Repair and maintain all building electrical systems throughout the district. Assist with annual maintenance on all HVAC related systems, building automation systems and control systems. Act as the lead service and repair technician for all low voltage system related jobs, such as networks, fire alarms, CCTV, card access, intercom and sound. Assist with parking lot lighting repair and maintenance. Responsibilities

Lead service and repair for low voltage systems (networks, fire alarms, CCTV, card access, intercom, sound). Assist with parking lot lighting repair and maintenance. Qualifications
Must have experience and the ability to service and repair low voltage electrical systems as well as the knowledge or ability to learn door hardware and keying systems. Ability to do heavy lifting of equipment, tools, etc. up to 100 pounds. A lift test will be required. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions with ability to communicate effectively with students, staff and the general public. Must be able to work in a team environment and provide guidance, instruction and training to staff. Must have a good understanding of the IOSHA safety rules and standards as well as holding a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
