Role and Responsibilities As a Tax Preparer, you will:

Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and business entities

Gather, organize, and analyze tax documents and financial data

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable tax laws

Assist with tax planning and projections under the guidance of senior tax professionals

Communicate with internal teams to resolve tax questions and obtain missing information

Meet filing deadlines while managing multiple engagements

Qualifications

Experience:

3–7+ years of tax preparation experience.

Licenses:

CPA, EA, or active progress toward certification preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting.

Skills:

Proven leadership and team management skills with strong client-facing communication abilities.

Availability:

Must work in-office full time at our Century City location; no remote or hybrid options available.

You may be asked to come into the office for a final panel interview with both founders of the company.

Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $150,000 to $180,000. Additionally, the package includes a sign-on bonus, an annual performance-based bonus, and the opportunity for revenue participation associated with new business.
