Overview
The Brand Development Manager plays a key role in driving
HVAC growth, dealer engagement, and market share
across the Central Division. This is a high-impact position that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to develop dealer programs, pricing strategies, training initiatives, and incentive plans that produce measurable results. What You’ll Do
Lead development and execution of the HVAC business plan Build and manage dealer recruitment and incentive programs Design and implement training aligned with manufacturer dealer programs Establish pricing strategies and performance tracking tools Drive dealer engagement through recognition programs and competitions Partner with leadership on branch optimization and hub strategy Represent us at manufacturer and industry events Strengthen relationships with top-performing dealers and drive market share growth What You’ll Bring
HVAC distribution, sales, or technical experience Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office and comfort working cross-functionally Customer-first mindset with a passion for growth Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Background in HVAC counter sales, inside sales, technical support, or customer service preferred Working knowledge of HVAC products at the wholesale distribution level Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while working toward performance goals Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems Fluent in English for safety, training, and communication purposes Work Environment & Physical Demands
Regular lifting of materials up to 50 pounds Combination of office, warehouse, and customer-facing environments Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility Use of warehouse equipment and tools as needed
