As an Account Executive you’ll be the trusted lending advisor for real estate investors referred by our exclusive real estate partner, New Western. You’ll guide clients through the loan process—from consultation to close—while securing the most competitive financing options through our network of capital partners. Your success will be measured by your ability to build relationships, manage deals, and deliver a high-touch, seamless experience to every borrower.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to lending partner for real estate investors sourced through assigned New Western field offices.

Consult with investors to understand their goals and tailor loan solutions to fit their strategies.

Develop an strong understanding of loan products and match loan requests with the most competitive options through our Marketplace Lending platform.

Own your pipeline from lead to close—managing applications, underwriting, and documentation to ensure timely closings.

Partner with capital providers, internal processing, underwriting, insurance, title, and closing teams to streamline the lending process.

Build strong relationships with New Western sales agents to understand market trends and investor needs.

Meet or exceed monthly goals related to volume, conversion, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

Direct sales experience in mortgage lending or investment real estate.

A solid understanding of hard money lending and real estate investment models (fix-and-flip, BRRRR, rental portfolios).

Proven success managing a sales pipeline and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Strong consultative sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Tech-savvy: experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and loan origination tools.

Driven, organized, and results focused.

Preferred Experience

Hard-money, wholesale or correspondent mortgage lending.

Rehabbing, flipping, or managing investment rental properties.

Background working with real estate brokerages or investment firms.

Comfort analyzing real estate contracts, budgets and investment returns.
