Manage retail key accounts in CA regional chains (e.g., Raley’s, Stater Bros, Gelsons, Lucky, Bristol Farms) Collaborate with distributor managers and distributor KAMs to execute programming Analyze VIP and Circana data to extract insights and identify growth opportunities Conduct gap analyses, identify and act on opportunities to build the basket and increase velocity Work with shopper and syndicated data to develop and present compelling stories to buyers ~50% expected travel within assigned region (California) What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in CPG sales, ideally managing regional retail accounts Strong data fluency: experience with VIP, Circana, Excel, and shopper data Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing execution Able to operate independently in a lean and collaborative team Background in beer/NA preferred; chain programming experience essential Candidates must be based in LA metro, OC, or the Bay Area
