Role Profile Eastman is looking for an energetic seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day‑to‑day and long‑term territory management. This includes prospecting and cultivating relationships within the dealerships to bring in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.
Location Home office based in the Pacific Coastal Region; markets below are preferred.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory management plans to achieve growth targets
Proactively identify and convert new dealership prospects into long‑term strategic partners
Make follow‑up calls to existing customers – cross‑sell and up‑sell additional products
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Manage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Service existing accounts, including order follow‑ups, complaint resolution, credit concerns, and sample requests
Provide Voice of Customer feedback on product quality, performance, and service issues
Communicate full product and service offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms to dealership decision‑makers
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and assist with sales analysis
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close business deals
Utilize CRM tools (SFDC) for opportunity management and reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support dealership programs
Recommend and implement marketing strategies within dealerships to strengthen brand presence
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (10+ years preferred)
BS/BA in a business‑related discipline preferred
Proven success in outside sales roles
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Automotive industry experience highly desirable
Familiarity with new‑vehicle dealership operations is a strong asset
Traits: Passion for selling, tenacious, inquisitive, and customer‑focused

You should be a self‑starter with the ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, our products, and any technical challenges.

Responsible for F2F visits throughout the territory, 50%+ travel

Automotive affinity and hands‑on mentality are highly valued
Salary The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000.
