Responsibilities

Act as the expert of the Movable Ink platform and the broader email industry ecosystem to guide client strategy.

Align Movable Ink’s solutions and technologies with the high-level business goals and complex technical requirements of the customer.

Lead the gathering, validating, and QAing of technical requirements instrumental to a customer’s successful onboarding.

Develop and present customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes to prove the solution’s business value to the customer.

Present high-level overviews of product solution architecture and integration capabilities to both technical and executive audiences.

Act as a Consultant to our clients to ensure they achieve significant value and ROI from the Movable Ink platform.

Provide ongoing enablement and product communication to scale knowledge sharing across the Go-To-Market organization.

Execute high-fidelity mock-ups in Photoshop for critical client and prospect meetings.

Represent the Go-To-Market team for our Enterprise AI product, managing all technical requirements and product positioning.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency coding advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build complex, data-driven content.

3+ years of consultative technical experience working directly with customers in a pre-sales or professional services capacity.

Strong understanding of interactive marketing processes and enterprise sales methodologies.

Experience working with marketing teams to execute campaign strategies and technical integrations.

Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs), Salesforce, Zendesk, or equivalent enterprise platforms.

Proven experience delivering high-impact presentations to senior-level management and technical stakeholders.

Experience with multiple integration techniques, including Web Services and APIs.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop.

Strong interest in machine learning and AI products; ability to articulate the value of AI in marketing.

The base pay range for this position is $105,000-$115,000/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
