
About the job Retail Customer Service Rep
This position will be for the Demopolis APC Appliance Center 205 North Main Avenue Demopolis and Eutaw Appliance Center 130 Prairie Avenue Eutaw Alabama. This assignment will be based out of Demopolis with one day a week at Eutaw.
JOB SUMMARY Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers to sell appliances, electronics and product protection plans at APC Appliance Centers. This includes attractive merchandising, accurate inventory control, and accurate and timely completion of financing and sales related documents. This position offers an excellent opportunity to earn monthly performance-based bonuses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated sales success (Can be sales experience in other type sales areas)
Good communications skills; ability to speak Spanish highly desirable
Demonstrated creativity in merchandising and sales prospecting
Team Player
Ability to work with all employees including those in other departments to ensure customer satisfaction with products/services
Knowledge of computer systems such as MS Word and CSS desirable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell major appliances, electronics, furniture and home goods
Complete sales, financing and inventory control processes and paperwork
Maintain inventory to ensure accuracy
Arrange for timely delivery to customersMaintain creative and attractive display areas/sales floor to enhance sales potential
Assist with loading/unloading appliances
Coordinate all aspects of special sale events
Create and execute new sales initiatives to attract additional customers
Sales Incentive program based on monthly sales goals
