The Global Sales Training Analyst strengthens the effectiveness and impact of the Sales Academy and Drive SLNB initiatives by delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and insights. The role leverages CRM, STELLAR, and sales process data to improve training deployment, optimize performance, and clearly demonstrate the ROI of global sales training programs. Position details
The salary for this opportunity is 2,600 EUR per month gross. You will be working at the location specified by DHL for this opportunity. Student requirements
Bachelor Student for the full duration of the internship OR Bachelor Graduate within 12 months of graduation AND willing to enroll in Masters OR Master Student for the full duration of the internship Responsibilities
Enhance global visibility and deployment of the Sales Academy through structured tracking, reporting, and performance insights. Produce data analysis, dashboards, and forecasts using Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM systems to support global training initiatives. Generate SLNB coaching reports and track KPIs to support effective monitoring and optimization of Drive SLNB performance. Analyze correlations between training reinforcement and sales performance to recommend targeted improvements. Demonstrate the ROI of SLNB initiatives using STELLAR and sales process data, providing insights to senior stakeholders. Steps to be selected for this opportunity
STEP 1: Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). STEP 1 continued: Second Master’s, current Bachelor’s students and Bachelor’s graduates more than 2 months will not be considered.
