What you will need to be successful:
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Customer Service & Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships
Problem Solving & Adaptability:
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot user interface issues independently. Strong attention to detail and responsiveness. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Education:
Three years of experience in the credit union/financial industry (or five years in a similar role outside the industry). Associate’s degree in computer science or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Professional UI/UX and/or accessibility certifications a plus
