Job Details Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Union affiliation preferred; Concrete, structural steel, millwright work.
Proven experience in managing construction projects in the industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in construction management software.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
Must be open to travel.
