Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle – Brighton, MA Starting Wage:
$16 per hour

Activity Assistant
to help plan and lead engaging programs that bring joy, purpose, and connection to our residents every day.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing daily programs and events.
Lead one-on-one, small, and large group activities.
Encourage residents to participate and stay active.
Support residents’ emotional, physical, and social well-being.
Help document participation and communicate resident needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; experience in senior living or recreation preferred.
Creative, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge or interest in Memory Care and dementia preferred.
