Overview
Delta Wheel Truing Solutions, as part of the global Danobat Group, is a leading provider of advanced wheel maintenance systems for the railroad sector.
Responsibilities Working directly with the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
Identify new sales opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and equipment at optimal cost and quality.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing with production needs.
Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, purchasing budgets, and supplier evaluations.
Qualifications
Preferred previous work-related skills, knowledge or experience.
Microsoft Office experience recommended, especially Microsoft Excel.
Prefer a High School diploma.

Eleven paid holidays New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day and Christmas (week) holiday (5 days).

Earned Sick Time accruing 40 hours per year.
One week of vacation is earned with vacation time increasing every three years.
