
Property Manager – Hazeltine Shores, Chaska, MN
Hazeltine Shores is a 166‑unit property located in Chaska, Minnesota. Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a full‑time Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, resident relations, and marketing to achieve optimum occupancy.
Responsibilities
Market and lease apartment units to meet occupancy goals.
Monitor hours for on‑site staff in Paylocity.
Approve and submit bills for final payment approvals to the Regional Property Manager.
Maintain professional communications with residents, guests, applicants, and business representatives.
Process rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
Report status of unpaid rents to the Regional Property Manager.
Coordinate preparation of vacant units for re‑renting, secure units during vacancy, and minimize utility consumption.
Process leasing paperwork for new residents and set up resident files.
Assist new residents with a smooth move‑in and orient them to unit policies.
Take maintenance requests and coordinate work with the Maintenance Technician.
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of local, state, and federal tenant/landlord laws, Fair Housing Law, and marketing product knowledge.
Qualifications
Leadership and team support.
Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and local landlord‑tenant laws.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Paylocity and residential leasing software.
