Manage the full purchasing and procurement process for the agency. Develop bid proposals and work with vendors to secure supplies and services. Purchase and track agency supplies and equipment. Monitor fixed assets and maintain accurate inventory records. Oversee and organize a centralized supply inventory. Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to support daily operations. Associate degree in a business-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures. Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word. High attention to detail with solid organizational skills. Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including lifting, moving, and managing supplies. A dependable, team-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed.
