Sales Supervisor - Buckhead (Finance)
Warby Parker is looking for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing experiences for customers. Across all retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business through face-to-face interactions. In this role, you will share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, participate in process ideation and improvement, and work on a variety of special projects. What you'll do
Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice Dream up innovative and entrepreneurial ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience Be an upbeat, flexible team player who leads by example Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present Open and close the store Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect Who you are
Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly Entrepreneurial spirit and a go-getter mindset Curious and eager to learn Team player who is passionate about helping customers and teammates Innovative, proactive problem-solver Proud of your work and self-motivated to be a top performer Positive, fun energy even during long hours Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) In compliance with local and state requirements, Warby Parker is committed to pay transparency. We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. For applicable postings, the listed range is a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by factors including qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits
