What You’ll Do The Finance Director at Grand River Health Main Campus in Rifle, CO, is a senior leader within the Finance Department responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the organization's financial functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role manages accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, audit compliance, payroll, forecasting, and regulatory adherence.
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
Overseeing internal controls
Managing the annual audit and Medicare Cost Report
Leading finance‑related teams
Financial performance monitoring and budget development
Cash flow analysis
Maintaining compliance with laws and accounting principles.
Who We’re Looking For
Certified Healthcare Finance Professional or Certified Public Accountant licensure preferred and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required a master’s degree is preferred.
Five years of working experience in a hospital finance position and three years of managerial experience is required.

$92.76 - $107.71 (based on experience)
