With more than 60 patents, we create the technology that enables our customers to make fact-based decisions, improve process yields and comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements.**The Role**The **Service Sale Representative** bridges customer service and sales by overseeing the selling and promotional activities of Particle Measuring Systems Service Extended Warranty and Calibration Contracts.

Reporting to the North America Sales Director, this position will help develop and deliver service proposals that align with customer requirement and company offerings. This role requires a high amount of collaboration with other sales representatives and other departments, including service, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and cooperation towards overall company objectives.**Specific Job Responsibilities:*** Take the lead in analyzing the current installed base coverage in the U.S. market and collaborate with Sales Director to develop a targeted coverage strategy for high-priority installed base customers.* Develops Service contract sales plan in conjunction with the US Sales organization using sales forecasts, corporate sales objectives, and the corporate marketing plan.* Organizes Service contract offerings to achieve maximum sales coverage effectively and economically.* Measures Service contract sales performance by developing and tracking metrics in the CRM system.* Conducts monthly sales reviews with the Sales Director to ensure alignment of territory goals.* Develops in conjunction with the Sales Director an annual KA forecast and strategic goals.* Develops and maintains long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business, and high customer satisfaction.* Works closely with Service Operations, Regional Sales, and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction**Qualifications:*** Associate’s degree, preferred* 3 - 5 years of Service selling experience.

Semiconductor and/or pharmaceutical, medical device experience a plus.* Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, excel and Power point).* Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.* Effective communication skills.* Exceptional customer service skills.**Location:**Boulder, CO or remote**Work Environment & Physical Requirements*** This role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment.

Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time* Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required* Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role**Compensation & Benefits*** Competitive base salary range: $75,500 – $116,000

For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
