Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. What will you do:

Execute order administration functions to perform order processing transactions in the ERP and PA (Project Accounting) modules with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Review and verify order information, including pricing, product SKUs, and shipping details. Communicate with internal departments (Project Coordination Support, PC, PM) to resolve PO discrepancies. Maintain organized records of orders and related documentation within Service Now. Provide support for customer inquiries related to order status. Identify and escalate issues that may impact order conversion or customer satisfaction. May require occasional overtime during peak periods. What will make you successful:

Proven track record in business order administration or customer service, particularly in a distribution center environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication abilities to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office suite. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range applies to candidates located within the United States. Individual pay within the range is determined by factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
