Greater Milwaukee - Onsite with flexibility Compensation:
$75K-$85K (based on experience) Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, PTO, PTO make-up for weekend travel, paid holidays, and perks. Qualified candidates will bring the following skills and experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management or similar. 5+ years of experience leading and managing trade shows ideally within machinery, heavy equipment, or B2B industries. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with internal teams, vendors, and partners. Strong multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail while managing multiple events or projects at once. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and pride in high-quality work. Highly organized with strong initiative, time management, and the ability to work independently. Creative and strategic thinker who can develop new ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and solve problems in real time. Ability to follow, maintain, and improve the organization’s trade show planning system. Ability to travel for tradeshows as needed including weekends.
